2.Introduction to the functional zone:

1.Reagent preparation area	The experimental area is mainly used to prepare and sub-package the stored reagents and prepare the main reaction mixture.
2.Sample preparation area	This area is mainly used to store the clinical samples, extract the  nucleic acids (RNA, DNA), store and add the acids in the amplification reaction tube and synthesize CDNA in the RNA measurement process.
3.Amplification analysis area	This area is mainly used to amplify DNA or cDNA. In addition, adding the prepared DNA template and synthesized cDNA (from the sample preparation area) and the preparation of the main reaction mixture (from the reagent storage and preparation areas) into the reaction mixture can be carried out in this area.

4.Structural Design:

1. The 3mm thick steel frame and 2mm thick steel plate are applied for maintenance. The safe transportation and stable utilization should be considered for every component with the surface rust cleaning and corrosion resistance treatment of the container for the purpose of durable use.

2. The 50mm thick dedicated laboratory purification sheets are used for the walls and top of the container with the fire prevention, heat insulation and antibacterial performance. Closed doors and windows are applied for no gas leakage.

3. The exterior windows are the electrically controlled glass or  the open-type sealed windows to avoid the external  interference to the experimental staff and guarantee the  lighting in the laboratory.  


5.Intelligent Design:
 

 

1. The application of PLC control system, the auto- control of the disinfection system and pressure difference control guarantees the accuracy of the pressure difference and the security in the laboratory.
2. Infrared cameras are set in and surrounding the laboratory to monitor the internal and surrounding conditions at the real-time and guarantee the internal and external safety.
3. 5G network signal source is applied to timely transmit reports, guaranteeing the timeliness.

6.Construction site -ambient requirements:
 

1. Ground	Mortar levelling ground with the length of 20m and width of 6m, better beside the open parking lots or roads, placement of field cranes guaranteed with surrounding warning signs.
2. Water supply and drainage	Municipal drainage tubes nearby with the inlet tube of DN32 and heat preservation measures taken.
