Main performance and features:
1.microcomputer control technology, touch screen operation, the whole process (heating, sterilization, exhaust steam, drying) the whole process automatically run.
2.The touch screen automatically displays the operating process status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters as well as fault alarm information.
3.There are 4 sterilization programs for fabric, instrument, rubber, liquid and custom for users to choose.
4.Built-in high efficiency steam generator, can quickly produce constant pressure steam, does not pollute sterilized articles.
5.A micro printer can be configured to record the whole sterilization process and fault alarm information in real time.
6.When the program cycle ends and the fault alarm is reported, there is a buzzer warning.

Safety device:
1.over temperature automatic protection device: exceeds the set temperature, the system automatically cut off the power supply.
2.Door safety interlock device: electronic door lock, only the door is closed in place, the sterilizer can start the work program, there is pressure in the inner room, or the power is not connected, the electronic door lock locks the door handle, the door cannot be opened.
3.Door temperature safety interlock device, when sterilization liquid load, only when the liquid load temperature drops to the safe temperature (below 4.the local boiling point -20ºC), the door can be opened to avoid the risk of liquid explosion in accordance with the TSG 21-2016 Fixed pressure vessel safety technical supervision regulations and GB4793.4 requirements
5.anti-dry burning alarm device: the water level is lower than the low water level, automatically cut off the heating power supply, and display alarm information.
6.overpressure automatic relief valve: exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve opens to release pressure.
7.Electronic circuit safety device: DC control circuit with overvoltage and overload protection, AC main circuit with short circuit protection.
