5. Intelligent maintenance system: Equipped with MNcold iot remote monitoring and maintenance module, it can be connected to a computer, tablet or smartphone in real time and anywhere to access device information, including real-time and historical operating data, troubleshooting notifications and remote software upgrades.
6. There are sterilization procedures for fabrics, instruments, luminal instruments, rubber, liquid, custom, BD test, vacuum leak test and other test procedures.
7. Pulsation mode: Using negative pressure pulsation, trans-pressure pulsation and positive pressure pulsation mode, the air exclusion is greater than 99.99%, saving steam consumption and improving steam sterilization drying effect.
8. Flash vacuum drying technology, fabric dryness is less than 0.6%, instrument dryness is less than 0.1%.
9. Print process data in real time with a built-in printer, and pharmaceutical customers are equipped with paperless recorders.
10. Pipeline system: stainless steel sanitary pipeline, clamp connection, welding seams are all welded by automatic pipe welding machine; The main control valves are imported from Germany Angle seat valve and solenoid valve, and German SPECK direct-connected water ring vacuum pump.
11. Supply system detection and alarm system: equipped with steam, water source, power phase sequence detection and alarm device, once the supply system does not meet the operating conditions of the equipment, automatic alarm, and prohibit the program to start and terminate the program.
