Working principles
The cold chain transport box is a temperature control method without power supply. It is mainly composed of an incubator and cold collection materials. The incubator is composed of food-grade material polypropylene (PP), high-density polyurethane (PU) foam insulation layer, injection molding process, the whole box has a uniform thickness, and the box body is wear-resistant and compressive. Effectively reduce heat loss, and energy gathering is more durable. The insulation layer can isolate the ambient temperature inside and outside the box, creating an independent main body for the insulation box. Environmental space; cold collection materials, such as ice boxes, ice rows and other products, provide cold sources for the incubator to achieve low temperature effects. According to different temperature points, ice boxes can be used in combination to achieve different temperature ranges in the box for storage and transportation of items. Put the ice box in the refrigerator or cold storage in advance for pre-cooling, and use the fully pre-cooled ice box in combination with the incubator. The length of the holding time is mainly determined by the holding condition of the incubator and the number of ice boxes.
